I made this last night. I must admit I was hesitant not to add any seasonings, but it was SO good with just those 4 ingredients. The only minor change I made was using leftover rotisserie chicken instead of cubed chicken breasts.
This sounded so good when Jill posted it - so simple (kinda like the taco soup) yet so yummy. Now I see the picture - YUMMMMY! Think I will make it later this week for Jon. Sounds healthy, too.
