Pollo Verde Casserole

I forgot to take a picture of this one, and it just looked like "casserole" anyways. But it was tasty!

Stir together:

2 cups or so of cooked and chopped up chicken (perfect for leftover chicken)
1 heaping scoop of sour cream
1 can of green enchilada sauce
4 or 5 tortillas cut into bite sized pieces

Put the mix into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 until it gets bubbly.
