Better than almost anything cake

I give Betty Crocker all of the credit for this cake. The recipe was on the back of the cake box I was using. It really is yummy! I forgot to take a picture, but there is one over on Betty's site.

1 box German Chocolate cake mix (plus water, oil and eggs for recipe)
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 16-17 oz jar of caramel sauce
1 80z cool whip
1 cup crushed Heath or toffee chips

1-Make german chocolate cake according to the box directions, in a 9x13. Cool 15 minutes.

2-Poke the cake with a wooden spoon handle every 1/2".

3-Drizzle with the sweetened condensed milk. Let stand until it completely absorbed. Repeat with the caramel sauce.

4-Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight.)

5-Spread cool whip over cake. Sprinkle with Heath bar crumbs.
