Coq Au Vin
In a bowl, mix together:
1 cup dry red wine
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/4 cup cornstarch
In a slow cooker, place 2 lbs chicken, 1/2 onion sliced, 1 can mushrooms, dash of rosemary.
Pour sauce over the top and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
