Toll house pie

1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cups butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325.

Beat eggs on high speed until foamy. Beat in the flour and sugars. Beat in the butter. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into the pie shell.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted halfway between the edge and center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

Ahhhhhhh, Toll House Pie.....reminds me of walks on the Oceanside beach after lunch at Roseanna's. Then back to the restaurant for that yummy, gooey, dessert! Ala Mode, of course. Must go there soon, sure miss both those things.....
