Chicken Rice Pacifica

2 cans chicken broth
1 c water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
6 chicken thighs
1 orange pepper chopped
1 cup green onion chopped
1-20 oz can pineapple chunks
peanuts or almonds

Mix all ingredients except nuts in slow cooker on low for 7-8 hours. Garnish with nuts.
This one was a little watery. Perhaps cut down on the water or broth?
