West African Chicken Stew

1/2 c all purpose flour
1 t paprika
2 t pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t black pepper
5 chicken pieces
2 T veg oil
1 can condensed French onion soup
1/2 c water
1 cup raisins
1/2 c orange juice
1 t grated oil peel
2 t chopped parsley
Serve over hot rice or couscous

Mix the flour, paprika, pumpkin pie spice, and pepper on a plate.
Coat chicken in flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken approx 10 min until browned.
Place in slow cooker.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken in cooker. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
